Started in 1888 by Charles Walker, the Ontario Dyeing Company once spun dyed, mercerized and bleached 200,000 pounds per week.  The property was last used in the industry to make horse blankets in the 1950’s.

Today it’s 87,000 square feet of light industrial studio space and TOMORROW it will become nearly 180,000 square feet of studios with the addition of our Tioga portion.
