D Street Studios sits inside a converted 1888 industrial complex in Philadelphia’s Tioga/Kensington neighborhood, home to more than 130 creative tenants. Studio sizes range from 225 to 9,000 sq ft, with 17-20 foot ceilings, two truck loading docks, secure ButterflyMX video intercom access, and a private cobblestone courtyard.
